AIESEC is the world’s largest youth-led non-profit organization that aims to develop leadership among young people through international experiences. Operating in more than 110 countries, AIESEC provides opportunities for students to explore different cultures, build professional skills, and contribute to global development.
AIESEC in University of Sri Jayewardenepura (AIESEC in USJ) actively connects undergraduates with global exchange programs that allow them to gain international exposure and develop leadership skills.
Through the Outgoing Global Talent (oGTa) program, students can take part in professional internships abroad, gaining practical work experience in international organizations. The Outgoing Global Teacher (oGTe) program offers opportunities for participants to teach or assist in educational institutions overseas while sharing knowledge and promoting cultural exchange.
Meanwhile, the Outgoing Global Volunteer (oGV) program enables students to participate in international projects focused on community development, education, and environmental sustainability.
