AIESEC in Sri Lanka was established in 1995 as a member chapter of AIESEC International, a global youth-run organization focused on leadership development through international experiences.

As part of Corporate Connect 2026, an online career development session was conducted focusing on preparing participants for the modern job market.

Mr. Kavindu Fernando is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong passion for career development and people growth.

He serves as a Compere, Lecturer, Career Counselor, Leadership & Soft Skills Facilitator, Soft Skills Developer, and Volunteer Trainer, working closely with students and young professionals to prepare them for today’s competitive job market.

With hands-on experience in recruitment, talent management, and interview assessment, he provides practical insights into career planning, professional growth, and interview-facing skills, helping individuals understand what employers truly look for in potential candidates.
