Infinity 2025, powered by EWIS, the National Conference organized by AIESEC in Sri Lanka, concluded successfully after three days of purpose, passion, and progress. Held from April 25th to 27th at Carolina Beach Hotel, Chilaw, this year’s conference was extraordinary compared to previous National Conferences, as this marks the 30th anniversary of AIESEC in Sri Lanka.
Infinity 2025, which brought together more than 350 delegates from 10+ universities across Sri Lanka who specialize in Engineering, Medicine, Management, Arts, Computing, Psychology, and more, was a significant event for all AIESECers around the country. These future leaders came together with the shared goal of using leadership to create a better, more responsible future.
This year’s NatCon’25 Chair, Aleyna Sayın, the President of AIESEC in Turkey, the National Committee of AIESEC in Sri Lanka, and the NatCon Infinity 2025 Core Committee planned and executed a comprehensive and memorable event that included high-energy workshops that encouraged teamwork and creativity with the help of Infinity ‘25 partners, thought-provoking challenges that stimulated strategic thinking and innovation, and insightful keynote addresses from industry experts.
These sessions were designed to develop leadership capacity and empower delegates to take ownership of their personal and collective growth journeys. Thanks to Infinity 2025 partners, delegates who participated in this year’s NatCon Infinity were also able to win amazing prizes, including computing devices!
Gala Night 2025: A Night to Celebrate and Memorize
The Gala Night, which is the highlight of every National Conference organized by AIESEC in Sri Lanka, took place on April 26, the second day of the conference. This formal evening served as a celebration of the AIESECers’ journey over the past term, as well as of excellence and dedication. In addition to celebrating milestones and recognizing exceptional contributions, the event gave delegates a chance to pause, reflect, and celebrate in a spirit of appreciation and solidarity.
