Dr. Kalupahana has made significant contributions to veterinary science, particularly in the fields of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and the study of environmental and clinical pathogens. He has co-authored several important research papers, including studies on the antimicrobial resistance of “Aeromonas” species from ornamental fish and “Escherichia coli” from livestock and wildlife. His work has garnered attention in scientific communities, especially for its focus on understanding the complexities of multi-drug resistance in various animal populations.
