Youth Space, organized by AIESEC at the University of Ruhuna, is dedicated to empowering students in their career development journey. This initiative aims to help students explore suitable career paths by raising awareness of diverse opportunities, essential skills, and strategic approaches. Additionally, Youth Space provides industry exposure and underscores the significance of entrepreneurship. It also facilitates students in identifying and pursuing better educational paths, thereby equipping them with the knowledge and experiences necessary for their future professional success.

Sri Lankan youth will be the target audience for this initiative. The project will consist of a series of sessions led by industry experts. This project aims to reduce youth unemployment in Sri Lanka and to provide space for young people to be leaders who inspire others by communicating effectively in a variety of contexts, adapting and showing resilience in the face of challenges, becoming self-aware (understanding and living personal values), and becoming world citizens (beliefs in their ability to make a difference in the world)
