That is the question at the heart of LaunchPad 4.0, the fourth edition of AIESEC in USJ’s flagship career event, taking place on the 31st of October at University of Sri Jayawardenapura. This year’s theme: GenZ in the Boardroom.
Different Roads, Same Destination
Every generation enters the workplace with its own rulebook. Earlier generations built careers on loyalty, patience, and the long climb. GenZ asks about purpose, flexibility, and growth, and sometimes asks “why not?” where others once asked “how long?”
LaunchPad 4.0 doesn’t pick a side. It puts the generations in the same room and looks at what differs, what doesn’t, and what each can borrow from the other. Ambition, grit, and the drive to prove yourself have never gone out of style. They just show up in new outfits.
